3. Processing of Your Data on the Website

In the course of managing the Website, GLS Spain processes your Data. Below, you will find information about the purposes and categories of Data processed by GLS Spain.

3.1 Hosting of our Website and Logging

On our Website, we use the website analytics tool Piano, from Applied Technologies Internet SAS, 85 Avenue Président JF Kennedy, 33700 Merignac, France. We use Piano to analyze your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and improve your user experience.

With Piano, Website visitor interactions are systematically recorded and evaluated through the use of cookies and specific visitor IDs.

The data collected with Piano is anonymized or pseudonymized as quickly as possible. The IP address is shortened [LB1], and the login and device IDs are converted into a pseudonymous key. This generally excludes the possibility of direct personal identification. In particular, it is no longer possible to assign the data to the website visitor's computer or device.

When using Piano, we process the following data:

3.2 Request for shipping services and information requests

The Data entered by users in the "Request my tariff", "Send a parcel", "I want to send a parcel", "Business parcels", "Personal parcels", "Shipment inquiry", "Delivery authorization", "Change delivery conditions" forms will be stored in a file and processed for the sole purpose of managing shipments and providing interested parties with information related to the services contracted with GLS Spain (e.g., shipment arrival alerts, notification of possible incidents, etc.).

If you contact us regarding a contract or the services we offer, we will process your data to fulfill the contract and/or our pre-contractual obligations, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) b of the GDPR.

The Data entered by the user in the "I want to be an Agency", "I want to be a ParcelShop", or "I want to be a Delivery Driver" forms will be processed for the sole purpose of collecting information from interested parties in order to manage and address their interest.

Depending on the purpose, GLS Spain may process the following Data:

- identification data (e.g., first name, last name, email address, address (city, postal code, province, etc.), contact telephone number, etc.);

- personal data (e.g., date of birth);

- payment information (only when contracting a shipment with GLS Spain).

Form fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, and failure to complete them will make it impossible to process the user's request. We ask the user to inform us of any changes that may occur in the data provided.

The user guarantees and is responsible, in all cases, for the accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the Data provided and undertakes to keep them duly updated. The user will be solely responsible for completing forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information, and GLS Spain will be exonerated from any liability in this regard.

It is very important that the information provided by the user through free text fields does not contain confidential or especially sensitive information, such as racial or ethnic origin, ideology or political, religious, or philosophical beliefs, political party or union affiliation, physical or mental health, biometric data or genetic makeup, sexual orientation, criminal record, Social Security or personal identification number, etc.

If the user provides this type of information, they accept their own responsibility for any potential risks to their privacy. If we detect this type of information in the forms, we will delete it from our systems, and under no circumstances will it be considered for the provision of services or recruitment processes.

If you contact us, we will process your name, the contact information you provide, and your message to process and manage your inquiry. If you send us an application, we will process your Data for the recruitment process.

We process the following categories of Data as part of the recruitment process:

We process the Data solely for the recruitment process, which is necessary to carry out the procedures prior to entering into a contract, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) c) of the GDPR. We retain the Data for six months after the end of the recruitment process and receipt of a final response.

If the Data is required for the establishment or defense of legal claims after the end of the selection process, the Data may be processed additionally for the duration of the legal proceedings to safeguard our legitimate interests in the establishment or defense of legal claims, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) of the GDPR.

If you wish to be considered for future vacancies, you can give your consent to be included in our talent pool.

If you give your consent, we will store your Data indicated in the previous section in our talent pool and will contact you if your profile matches a new vacancy.

If your profile matches an international vacancy or a vacancy at one of the subsidiaries of GLS Group, we may share your application Data with recruiters at the relevant entity. 3.6 Email Job Alerts

If you would like to stay up-to-date with current job opportunities at GLS Group, you can subscribe to our "Employment Agency." If you subscribe to our Employment Agency, we will process the Data you provide with your subscription:

• Email

• First and last name (optional)

• Region of interest and/or job category (optional).

To ensure the registration process, we will send you a registration confirmation email, which will be recorded. This includes the date and time of registration and confirmation.

The legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR. Data processing in connection with sending your registration confirmation email and the associated data record is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) f) GDPR, due to our legitimate interest in verifying successful registration.

You can log in to your profile at any time to change your preferences (region of interest and/or job category) or withdraw your consent. To do so, you must create a password and assign it to your profile. We will retain your data until you withdraw your consent.

We use a technical service provider to process your data on our behalf.

4. Call Center

4.1. Handling Calls to the Call Center

If we receive a call, you may be required to identify yourself in order to process your request. The legal basis for this processing will depend on your request, which may include: the consent expressed when making your request, the implementation of pre-contractual measures, or, if you are already a customer, the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Your Data will be retained for the time necessary to process your request for information. Your data will then be retained for the legally required period to address potential legal liabilities.

Data will not be provided to third parties unless required by law or necessary to process your request. Specifically, your data may be disclosed to GLS Spain partner companies that are or have been involved in the transport and/or delivery of your parcel if necessary to inform you or to carry out the transport service.

Calls may be randomly recorded for quality assurance purposes and to ensure proper management of the service. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest in evaluating the quality of the service provided.

Recordings will be kept for 30 days and then deleted unless they need to be blocked for a longer period to address potential legal liability.

8. Processing for Video Surveillance Purposes

GLS Spain has video surveillance systems located in its facilities for the purpose of preserving the security of people and property, as well as its facilities, as recognized in Article 22 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.

The Data Controller of your image is GLS Spain.

The images captured are processed based on GLS Spain's legitimate interest in preserving the security of its facilities. The images will be retained for a maximum period of one month from the date they are captured, unless they must be blocked for disclosure to the competent public authorities to prove the commission of acts that threaten the integrity of persons, property, or facilities. The captured images will be accessible exclusively to those responsible for security and access control and, where appropriate, to law enforcement agencies or other competent authorities upon reasoned request. No further communication or international data transfer is anticipated.
